Lasy year was the first year I chose my own word. I love thinking about the year ahead and usually choose some resolutions but end up feeling disheartened after breaking them by February!

I wanted to grow the business so I chose the word ‘grow’. I decided it would be helpeful to make a bracelet with the word on it so that I would see it every day and it would help keep me accountable. It really did help and on the days when I was struggling as it made me refocus and remember where I wanted to be and what I wanted to achieve.
